Challenge
Apo.com, a leading online pharmacy service in Germany, needed a complete repositioning of its brand. Previously known as a price-driven online discounter for over-the-counter medicines, their identity was centered around affordability. However, following a 2023 law reform that opened the market to the distribution of all medical products, including prescription medications, the brand had to evolve. The challenge was to shift from a discount-driven image to one that conveys trust, care and innovation.

Solution
We transformed Apo.com from a low-cost online retailer into a premium, digital-first pharmacy brand. The new positioning emphasizes human connection and pharmaceutical trust through a seamless and holistic digital experience. By blending modern design, intuitive usability, and a warm, trustworthy tone, we created a brand that stands for professional care and digital innovation. Setting a new standard for online pharmacy services in Germany.
